Company Policies

Never leave a young child unattended while using our products. The components of our products are small and could potentially become a choking hazard. We recommend that you remove your child`s accessories before nap time or even when they are just out of reach (such as the car seat). Although our headpieces look good enough to eat, they are meant to be worn as accessories. Our products are for use at your own risk. By placing an order you agree that The Zol Deluna Bowtique accepts no liability for use/misuse or lack of supervision while using our products.

Our products may include materials that some children may be allergic to such as cotton, tulle, polyester and silicone to name a few.  

Frequently Asked Questions

How to I know the item will fit?

 

We work off Standard US sizing guide, for custom orders we prefer to have measurements to ensure the best fit possible, otherwise we advise that you provide the size you feel would be the fit for your child

We use a universal sizing guide for all our headbands that are based on the average age of kids in the US, they are designed to fit comfortably.If you feel you baby needs a more customized size, feel free to note the size in inches of your baby's head in the comments section. 

 

Care Instructions

 

We finish all of our orders with a thorough stream and ironing. We discourage you from ironing our gown at home since many of the fabrics we use are delicate and can be damaged easily. If you absolutely need to have the dress ironed we advise that you take it to the cleaners.

How long does shipping take?   

  • After you order is produced and ships Our standard shipping is 3-5 Business days anywhere in the US. We ship all of our orders via USPS Priority Shipping, insured up to $50.00 in case the package is lost or stolen. In the event that you choose Priority Xpress it is guaranteed 24hour  delivery. We are not responsible if your package is lost or stolen after we ship. 

*We are always working to send out orders in an efficient and timely manner. If  the item you order is complete we ship in 1-2 business days.

Since most of our products are handmade it takes between

1-6 weeks for your item to be perfectly made before we ship.

 

So please. Be patient and order with enough time in advance! 


 Where are your products from? 

  • For the materials and items we do not make, we use wholesalers and suppliers. All of our current suppliers are located in China, Guatemala, India and Spain. this includes materials, fabrics, embellishments and garments are ordered in bulk and made into something beautiful just for you. 

 

How can I track my order?  

  • We use USPS for all shipping. Once your order ships we will send you a shipping confirmation email with a USPS Tracking number you can track directly on their website: https://www.usps.com/

 

Do you offer wholesale opportunities?

  • Not yet, since we make labor intensive items.

 

What is your return policy?

Custom Orders are NON-REFUNDABLE

  • We FIRMLY stand behind our products.  We will do any reasonable accommodation to ensure our customers are happy!

I didn't get all of my items.

  • Items will ship separately for no additional cost.  You will receive tracking information for each item after it has shipped. In most cases we will send you an email letting you know your items will ship separately to give you a heads up! 

 

Is my personal information secure?

  • At Zol Deluna Bowtique, we keep to the highest industry standards for payment + processing. Your credit card information and personal details are encrypted during the payment process. Your payment information is only used for the transaction in question and is not stored.  

 

What are the washing instructions?

  • dry clean only

Safety Advisory

All custom orders must be paid in full before we begin to work on your order. We use a customized invoicing system via Square, Inc.  to take your custom order of items that are not available on the site. Please feel free to email or text us if you have any additional questions in regards to our custom
